TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 KZ SPREE ESCAPE (NA) TRAILER BEING TOWED BY A 2014 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LOCK PREVENTED THE CONTACT FROM ENTERING THE TRAILER. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT HAD TO ENTER THE TRAILER THROUGH THE FIRE ESCAPE WINDOW. THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V490000 (LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES) AND THE CONTACT WAITED FOR MONTHS FOR THE DEALER TO RECEIVE THE PARTS. THE PART WAS ORDERED AND THE CONTACT WAS STILL WAITING FOR THE REPAIR TO BE MADE. THE MANUFACTURER COULD NOT CONFIRM WHEN THE PART WOULD BE RECEIVED TO REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT CONTINUED TO GET LOCKED OUT OF THE TRAILER FROM THE OUTSIDE. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT APPLICABLE.

Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
