Manufacturer communications
A bulletin sent by a manufacturer to its dealers. Not a recall, and repairs are not necessarily free.
VISIBILITY/WIPER
Automobili Lamborghini identified a visual imperfection in the panoramic roof gasket, therefore this technical bulletin aim is to correct a cosmetic issue on certain URUS MY25.
POWER TRAIN
Due to the installation of a non-appropriate fixing clip on the rear sport differential harness, it is possible that it gets loose and comes into contact with the driveshaft. In case of the mentioned cable gets damaged, the signal for the sport differential may be cut and instead of having an electronic guided sport differential with specific functions, the system goes into recovery, with specific pop-up to alert the driver, but the traditional mechanical differential continues to work normally. Therefore there is no influence in the handling or acceleration/braking, only the more sport-like setting is affected. This is considered as a quality issue only. The action is for the replacement of the fixing clip with a reinforced one.
AIR BAGS
Automobili Lamborghini was informed by supplier Continental that a number of air bag ECUs were manufactured with a quality issue where a delay in the sensor time response can cause self diagnosis fail at key-on, with consequent Mil on. There is no impact on safety as all functions are guaranteed. However a false-positive air bag light on may affect customer perception. A total of 2 (two) vehicles of MY25 were sold in US with ECUs identified in the supplier's list.
FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM
During a production step in factory the software of boot loader of HV battery management have been not been properly updated to the latest version, causing a misalignment between Cal ID and CVN. There is no impact on functionality, however CAL ID and CVN are homologation relevant information and should be aligned according to the vehicle certification documents.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.

Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
