TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 LEXUS GS300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DASHBOARD WAS MELTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LEXUS SANTA MONICA (1501 SANTA MONICA BLVD, SANTA MONICA, CA 90404) TO BE INSPECTED HOWEVER, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED BY THE MECHANIC THAT A FAILURE WAS NOT DETECTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 83,000. *BF THE CONSUMER STATED HE WAS INJURED ON 11/2/2017. THE CONSUMER STATED THE MANUFACTURER REQUESTED THE VEHICLE TO BE RETURN FOR REPAIRS DUE TO THE DEFECTIVE DASHBOARD AND VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. THE DEALER WILL NOT ACCEPT NOR RETURN CALLS REGARDING THIS MATTER. *TR
