TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 1997 LODAL EVO TRUCK. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35-45 MPH WHEN FLAMES BEGAN SHOOTING FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE ENGINE COVER. THE CONTACT STOPPED THE VEHICLE AND ATTEMPTED TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE. A FIRE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
