VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A SIDE IMPACT COLLISION, THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED, CAUSING INJURIES TO THE OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE.
CONSUMER WAS AT A STOP, ANOTHER VEHICLE CAME OUT SUDDENLY HIT CONSUMER. DRIVER'S FRONT FENDER AIR BAGS DEPLOYED, EXPLODED OUT, SAW SMOKE, CAUSED INJURIES CONCUSSION IN NECK/BURNS ON FACE/ FRACTURES ON ARMS BETWEEN ELBOW AND HANDS/THUMB IS PARALIZED. PASSENGER RECEIVED SLIGHT INJURIES ,CHEST COMPRESSION/SLIGHT CONCUSSION IN NECK. APPRAISAL COMPANY IS INSPECTING VEHICLE. THIS DEFCT CAUSED SERIOUS INJURIES. *AK
