The contact owned a 2023 Newmar London Aire RV. The contact stated that while driving at highway speeds above 50 MPH, the steering malfunctioned, making the RV extremely difficult the remain inside the desired lane. The contact stated that there was a 2–4-inch play in the steering wheel making it difficult to steer and control the RV. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who replaced the steering box, but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 50. The VIN was not available.
