What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2021 Newmar Newaire, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

WHILE USING THE FACTORY INSTALLED TPMS ON MY NEW AIRE WITH A SPARTAN CHASSIS, THE TIRE PRESSURES SOMETIMES HAS AN EXCESS READING UP TO 170 DEGREES WHILE DRIVING AND INCREASES WHEN STOPPED. I CAN REST MY HAND ON THE TIRES WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE SO I'M SURE IT IS NOT AS HOT AS IT STATES AND I CHECK THE PRESSURES WITH A GAUGE DAILY BEFORE DRIVING, ALL PRESSURES ARE CORRECT. SOMETIMES AFTER SEVERAL HOURS OF DRIVING I GET ALL NORMAL READINGS AND OTHER TIMES AFTER ONLY 2 HOURS IT WILL SAY 4 OF 6 TIRES ARE OVERHEATING, ONLY THE REAR TIRE SENSORS SO FAR. THIS HAS ONLY HAPPENED ON THE HIGHWAY AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS, NOT IN TOWN.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
