NOTICED THAT THE WALL BETWEEN KITCHEN SLIDE AND BEDROOM SLIDE WAS BOWED WAY OUT, AND THEN WE NOTICED THE FLOOR STARTED TO GET REAL SOFT, AND THE HOLDING TANKS LEAKED IN THE UNDER SIDE OF THE RV WE WOULDN'T OF NOTICED IF IT WASN'T FOR WATER DRIPPING FROM UNDER IT AND A REAL BUD SMELL INSIDE. A SHORT TIME LATER SENT EMAIL AND PICTURES TO MANUFACTURER. THE RV WAS SET UP AT THE TIME.

5TH WHEEL TRAILER TIRE SPEC CALLS FOR ST235/80R16/E TIRES @ 80 PSI FOR A RATING OF 3520LBS/TIRE. TRAILER DELIVERED WITH ST225/75R15/D @ 80PSI FOR A RATING OF 2480 LBS/TIRE. IN ADDITION, ALUMINUM WHEELS SUPPLIED WITH WHEEL RATING OF ONLY 2150 LBS/EA. TRAILER GVWR 10121LBS. CONTACTED MANUFACTURER TO RESOLVE ISSUE. DOUBLE CHECKED FRAME AND TRAILER VIN NUMBERS FOR MISMATCH. TOOK PICTURES OF VIN NUMBERS, WHEEL/TIRES ON TRAILER AND SENT TO MANUFACTURER. TOOK COMPLAINT UP TO MANAGEMENT LEVEL ONLY TO RECEIVE RESPONSE OF "WE RESPECTFULLY DECLINE ANY ASSISTANCE WITH THIS CONCERN". THEY STATED TRAILER HAD CORRECT WHEELS AND TIRES WHEN IT LEFT THE FACTORY ACCORDING TO THEIR RECORDS TIRES SUPPLIED WITH TRAILER DO NOT MEET FACTORY SPECS, WHEELS SUPPLIED DO NOT EVEN MEET WEIGHT/INFLATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TIRES. I FEEL THIS SITUATION IS A DANGEROUS COMBINATION AND CANNOT SAFELY DRIVE VEHICLE UNTIL WHEELS AND TIRES ARE REPLACED. IF MANUFACTURER DID SUPPLY CORRECT WHEELS/TIRES, THE DEALER SELLING THE TRAILER MUST HAVE SWAPPED THEM OUT BUT NOBODY WILLING TO CONFRONT THE ISSUE. THIS SITUATION WAS ONLY DISCOVERED WHEN LOOKING TO REPLACE THE FACTORY RUBBER WITH QUALITY TIRES DUE TO MANY COMPLAINTS OF TIRE FAILURES WITH FACTORY RUBBER. WE PURCHASED THE TRAILER FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER JULY 2017 WHO STATED WHEELS AND TIRES ARE ORIGINAL AND SUPPLIED PICTURE OF TRAILER HOOKED TO VEHICLE AS IT WAS PULLED OFF THE LOT AFTER PURCHASE (ORIG OWNER WILLING TO TESTIFY UNDER OATH IF NECESSARY). ALL OF THIS PROVIDED TO MANUFACTURER DURING PERIOD OF TRYING TO RECTIFY SITUATION. I HOPED TO RESOLVE WITH MANUFACTURER BUT NO LUCK. I OFFERED TO REPLACE RUBBER MYSELF IF THEY WOULD SUPPLY CORRECT WHEELS. I FEEL THIS SITUATION IS DANGEROUS ENOUGH THAT IT SHOULD NOT BE OVERLOOKED. IF IT HAPPENED TO ME, PROBABLY HAPPENED TO OTHER OWNERS. *BF *TR

Manufacturer communications
A bulletin sent by a manufacturer to its dealers. Not a recall, and repairs are not necessarily free.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
This is a generic use wiring diagram used for Prime Time Travel Trailer and Fifth-Wheel Recreationally Vehicles.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
