What this recall covers

The defect

Jayco, Inc (Jayco) is recalling certain 2025 Entegra Launch and Jayco Terrain motorhomes. An incorrect standard outlet was installed in the kitchen instead of a GFCI protected outlet.

The risk

A lack of proper circuit protection increases the risk of electric shock and injury.

The remedy

Dealers will replace the Non-GFCI breaker with a GFCI breaker at the load center for the proper circuit protection at the kitchen outlet, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 16, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903629.

Notes

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1- 888-275-9171), or go to www.safercar.gov.

A safety recall is issued when a manufacturer or NHTSA determines that a vehicle has a safety-related defect or does not comply with a federal motor vehicle safety standard. Recall repairs are free. Whether a specific vehicle is covered depends on its VIN — a recall listed for a model year does not necessarily apply to every vehicle of that year.
