The defect
ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES, COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL IN THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER AREA AND, IN PARTICULAR, THE STOP LIGHT SWITCHES MAY POSSIBLY BECOME IGNITED. THE DEFECTIVE STOP LIGHT SWITCHES MAY GENERATE ENOUGH HEAT TO START A FIRE.
The remedy
THE DEALER WILL REPLACE BOTH ORIGINAL STOP LIGHT SWITCHES WITH ONES OF A DIFFERENT DESIGN. THIS WILL BE DONE FREE OF CHARGE.
