The defect

THE U-SHAPED BOLT FASTENERS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN SECURELY TIGHTENED ON SOME VEHICLES. U BOLT NUTS COULD COME LOOSE AND EVENTUALLY FALL OFF.

The remedy

U BOLTS ON AFFECTED VEHICLES WILL BE CHECKED AND IF FOUND TO BE LOOSE, WILL BE SECURELY FASTENED.
