The defect
THE FASTENERS ATTACHING THE SEATS TO THE FLOOR OF THE VEHICLE DO NOT MEET DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS AND MAY FAIL.
The risk
FASTENER FAILURE WOULD SUBJECT SEAT OCCUPANTS TOINCREASED RISK OF INJURY IN THE EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT.
The remedy
REPLACE FASTENERS AS NECESSARY.
