2022 Renegade Rv Valencia Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

Four out of six window latching mechanisms on the motorhome have failed. These are only mechanism to keep the windows closed during transit and failure can cause the windows to dislodge while on the road. It is a danger to personnel and other vehicles in the vicinity when the windows fail. Some of the failed windows are substantial in size, up to 1.5 feet by 2 feet. The windows have a design/manufacturing error and the closure mechanism housing separates due to rivet failure. The windows are manufactured by StateWide Windows and were installed on a 2022 Renegade Valencia. All four windows have failed in exactly the same way.
