The defect: Roadtrek Inc. (Roadtrek) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Westfalia Wave SL, 2022-2026 Zion Slumber, Play Slumber, 2026 Play Tuff SL, 2025-2026 Play+Slumber, and 2024 Pivot Slumber recreational vehicles. The pop-top latch may disengage during transit, causing the pop-top to lift.
The risk: A pop-top that lifts during transit can distract the driver, or detach if the secondary safety straps fail, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will replace the primary latch and secondary safety straps, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 20, 2026. Owners may contact Roadtrek customer service at 1-888-762-3873. Roadtrek's number for this recall is 2026-01.

The defect: Roadtrek Inc. (Roadtrek) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Zion, Chase, Zion Slumber, Play, Play Slumber, Zion SRT and Play SRT recreational vehicles, equipped with certain SDS2 2-burner drop-in cooktops. The internal aluminum burner tubes that connect to the gas valves may fracture and cause a gas leak.
The risk: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Dealers will install a regulator support bracket in unsold vehicles. The remedy for sold units include inspecting the burner tubes, and repair, as necessary, free of charge. Previously sold units will be inspected and replace the cooktop as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 8, 2023. Owners may contact Roadtrek customer service at 1-888-762-3873. Roadtrek's number for this recall is NHTSA Recall 23E002.

The defect: Roadtrek Inc. (Roadtrek) is recalling certain 2022 Zion, Zion SRT, Chase and Zion Slumber motorhomes. The front seat mounting bolts may be improperly tightened. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) No. 207, "Seating Systems."
The risk: A seat with a loose mounting bolt may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect the bolts, and tighten if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 7, 2022. Owners may contact Roadtrek customer service at 1-888-762-3873. Roadtrek's number for this recall is 2022-05.

The contact owns a 2023 Roadtrek Zion Slumber RV built on a 2022 Ram Promaster 3500 Chassis. The contact stated that the clasp for the RV pop top was misaligned and had failed to securely lock the pop top. The RV was taken to the dealer, and the dealer attempted to align the clasp, but the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 9,200.
