The contact owns a 2023 Roadtrek Zion Slumber RV built on a 2022 Ram Promaster 3500 Chassis. The contact stated that the clasp for the RV pop top was misaligned and had failed to securely lock the pop top. The RV was taken to the dealer, and the dealer attempted to align the clasp, but the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 9,200.
