2024 Roadtrek Zion Slumber Issue: The main latch to secure the pop-up does not stay latched. The lip of the bracket which is supposed to hook over the bar is not long enough so even though it's placed directly onto the bar, tightened and "locked", it comes off with road vibration. The worst incident was when I was driving down the road, the latch slipped off the bar and the pop-up opened WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I asked the Dealer - Sunshine State RV to do something about it. Their "fix" was to raise the latch so that there was no way it connected with the bar! They tried again and the result is what my complaint is all about. A related issue is that you have to physically shift the whole top to get it to even line up to try to get the latch onto the bar. Sunshine State RV said "yeah, you have to shift it". This is not easy and rather ridiculous that the lip and the bar don't line up! I never use the pop-up so I hadn't checked that it was still locked in place. I was driving through minimal winds and felt and heard the top shifting. I stopped and looked and sure enough, the main latch for the pop-up had disengaged. I'm in the Roadtrek Zion group and many owners said - Yes! They have the same problem. One woman had winds shift the whole top while she was driving and had major damage. She said that she was working with Roadtrek to get it fixed - so they are aware of the problem.
