The defect: Royal Enfield North America Limited (Royal Enfield) is recalling certain 2023 Himalayan, Classic 350, Meteor 350, Hunter 350, Super Meteor 650, Int 650, and Continental GT 650 motorcycles. The side and rear reflectors are not sufficient. As such, these lights fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
The risk: Without the proper reflective equipment, it may be difficult for other road users to see the motorcycle from the rear or side, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will replace the side and rear reflectors, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 30, 2024. Owners may contact Royal Enfield's customer service at 1-866-600-1122. Royal Enfield's number for this recall is SC-43.

This Service Bulletin is to inform about the modification in the Cam Chain in the Engine assembly. Reason: Continuous improvement Modification: Cam Chain link profile modified from “N” to “ND” type for better wrapping with sprocket with Vanadium coated Pins for higher hardness and better wear resistance.

This flash is implemented to deal with recurring P0106 and P0196 codes. If you experience this issue, please follow the steps outlined in this communication. This is only to be performed if there are no runnability concerns in the unit.
