WHILE TRAVELING AT 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND LOST ALL POWER. TECHNICIAN INDICATED THAT PLASTIC COVERING THE WIRING HARNESS WAS DETERIORATING AND CAUSED THE PROBLEM.
