WHEN DRIVING MY NEW 2001 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER AT SPEEDS OF 50 MPH OR MORE AND IF YOU ROLL DOWN ONE OF THE REAR WINDOWS OR BOTH OF THE REAR WINDOWS THE AIR PRESSURE VIOLENTLY THUMPS YOUR EAR DRUMS AND BODY - SO BAD IT'S LIKE A HELICOPTER IS RIGHT NEXT TO YOU. THE TRUCK SHAKES SO HARD IT MAKES YOU ILL. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS FLAW WAS NOT CATCHED IN THE DESIGN. THIS IS SO SEVERE I'M WORRIED THAT IF MY CHILD WAS IN THE TRUCK WITH THE WINDOWS DOWN THAT IS WOULD CAUSE SEVERE DAMAGE. THIS IS A MAJOR, MAJOR DESIGN FLAW.... YOU WON'T BELIEVE HOW BAD IT IS UNLESS YOU EXPERIENCE IT YOURSELF.*AK

I WAS ATTEMPTING TO PARK WHEN I HEARD THIS AWFUL NOISE COMING FROM THE VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE APPEAR TO TAKE ON A MIND OF ITS OWN, NOT RESPONDING EVEN THOUGH I FLOORED THE BRAKE PEDAL. FORTUNATELY I WAS PARKING AND WAS STOPPED BY THE PROTECTIVE POSTS OF A FIRE-HYDRANT. I HAD TO BE TAKEN TO THE EMERGENY ROOM FOR ATTENTION. WHILE I DID NOT SUSTATIN ANY BROKEN LIMBS, I SUFFERED EXTREME LOWER BACK AND KNEE PAIN; MY LEFT SIDE ESPECIALLY SHOULDER SIDE AND BASE OF NECK IN ADDITION TO PAIN IN THE BRAKING FOOT AND LEG AND BURNS FROM THE SEATBELT.*AK
