The defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2021 Battisti Coach; Federal Coach-Spirit; StarCraft Quest XL; 2022 StarTrans P/S2; Elkhart Coach; Glaval Concord II, Legacy, Primetime; StarCraft Allstar MVP, Allstar XLT; Eldorado Advance; 2021-2022 Eldorado National(K-s)-Advantage; StarTrans Senator II, Senator II HD, Candidate II; StarCraft Starquest, Starlite; Glaval Commute, Entourage, Universal; Berkshire Coach Ultra; and 2021-2023 StarCraft Allstar and Allstar XL Transit Buses. The Programmable Relay Power Center (PRC) module can fail.
The risk: A PRC module failure can increase the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Dealers will install a wire jumper harness to the PRC module, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 1, 2022. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-800-348-7440. Forest River's number for this recall is 51-1461.

The defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2022 StarCraft Starquest ST93079 school buses. The wire harness may contact the vehicle frame, resulting in chaffing of the wiring for the fuel pump and the anti-lock braking system (ABS).
The risk: Damage to the fuel pump circuit in the wiring harness could result in an unexpected engine stall. Damage to the ABS wiring can lead to reduction of ABS functionality and a loss of roll stability control (RSC) functionality. These scenarios increase the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Forest River will notify owners and Ford dealers will inspect the wire harness for damage. If no damage is found, dealers will apply anti-abrasion tape over the area and ensure clearance to surrounding components. If damage is found, dealers will splice in new wire and apply anti-abrasion tape over the area and ensure clearance to surrounding components. All services will be performed free of charge. The remedy for this recall is still under development. Forest River sent owners an interim notice on April 28, 2020. A final notification will be sent once a remedy is finalized. According to Ford Customer Satisfaction Program 23B50: "The Battery Charger Control Module (BCCM) software installed on your vehicle does not have a transfer function that predicts the charging port pin/terminal temperature." Additionally it indicates "Your battery may not fully charge and/or the charge cord may become stuck in your vehicle. You may also experience a burning smell or melting of the charge port pins."

According to DTNA Recall FL969/23V237: "On the affected vehicles, the spline teeth in the windshield wiper arms may wear and break. This can cause the wipers to fail, reducing the driver’s visibility, and increasing the risk of crash."

According to Lightning EMotors Recall 22V934: Due to multiple software and hardware discrepancies internal to the Romeo Power battery packs installed with these powertrains, the vehicle may fail to operate in cold temperatures, fail to start when the key is placed on, or may lose traction power while driving. A loss of traction power without warning while driving may increase the risk of a crash.

According to Ford Motor Company Recall 22V925 “On your vehicle, the paint on your fuel tank may not have adhered properly and may peel. Extended peeling may expose the metal on the fuel tank and lead to long-term corrosion. Ford Motor Company is working closely with its suppliers to produce parts for this repair. When parts become available Ford Motor Company will notify you via mail to schedule a service appointment with your dealer for repairs to be completed free of charge (parts and labor).”

Damage to the tire’s valve stem may lead to loss of air pressure, which, if unnoticed, could lead to a flat tire or on dual-wheels an overloaded tire. In extreme situations, rapid loss of tire pressure could increase the risk of a crash. Operators may identify an audible rattling noise from the stem extension rubbing against the wheel opening while driving. Visual inspection during inspection or during maintenance may reveal stabilizer is dislocated, damage to the stem extension, or the rim, and low tire pressure of the inner tire.
