The defect: Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2023-2024 TL80, TL80/112, TL100, and TM vehicles. The jib extension hydraulic cylinder rod may have a weak weld that can fail.
The risk: A failed weld can result in the cylinder rod separating from the cylinder, increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy: Dealers will replace the jib extension cylinders, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 7, 2024. Owners may contact Terex customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Terex's number for this recall is SN732.

The defect: Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2022-2023 TM vehicles. The master leveling controller may lose the ability to level the platform if power is lost while squeezing the enable trigger.
The risk: A platform that cannot maintain a level position increases the risk of injury.
The remedy: Dealers will reprogram or replace the leveling controller, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 1, 2024. Owners may contact Terex customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Terex's number for this recall is SN728.
