EQUIPMENTTerex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2019-2026 General 65, General 80, General 95, C4000, C5000, and C6000 digger utility trucks equipped with pole guides. An insufficient weld on the plate weldment may crack, causing the retaining pin to separate.

EQUIPMENT:MECHANICAL:BOOM/CRANE/LADDER:MOTOR/HYDRAULIC PUMPTerex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2025 TL-Series, LT-Series, LTM40, HR40, HR46, and SCM55 areal device vehicles. The control valve may have been assembled with an incorrect plug, causing the hydraulic equipment to overheat.

STRUCTURE:FRAME AND MEMBERSAltec Industries Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2011-2025 Aerial Device, Digger Derrick, and 2022-2025 Service Body vehicles. The cable step wire rope assembly may be improperly secured, which can allow the cable entry step to detach from the vehicle.

EQUIPMENT:MECHANICAL:BOOM/CRANE/LADDER:HOSES/CABLES/RODS/GEARS/STRUT/CYLINDERTerex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2023-2024 TL80, TL80/112, TL100, and TM vehicles. The jib extension hydraulic cylinder rod may have a weak weld that can fail.

EQUIPMENT:MECHANICAL:BOOM/CRANE/LADDERTerex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2020-2024 XT Pro vehicles equipped with replacement basket brackets. The replacement basket brackets may not be compatible with the original basket retaining pins and cause the basket to unintentionally tilt.

EQUIPMENT:MECHANICAL:BOOM/CRANE/LADDER:CRITICAL FASTENERSTerex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2023 Optima-TC55, Optima-HRX50, Optima-HRX55, and XT Pro vehicles. The boom rotation bearing bolts may not be tightened properly.

EQUIPMENT:MECHANICAL:BOOM/CRANE/LADDER:TURNTABLETerex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2021-2023 TL48 trucks. The bolts used to mount the aerial device to the sub-base may not be tightened properly, which could result in bolt failure, allowing the aerial device to fall.
