The defect: Terex Aerial Work Platforms (Terex Aerial) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 AL4 and RL4 light towers. Due to a missing plug, water may enter the electrical connection that controls the lighting, causing arcing inside the connection.
The risk: Loss of lighting in low light conditions could result in an increased risk of injury to those depending on the lights for jobsite safety.
The remedy: Terex Aerial will notify owners and dealers will install the missing plug, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on March 26, 2014. Customers may contact Terex at 1-800-536-1800. Terex Aerial's number for this recall is 140001.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A SET OF TASKMASTER TIRES (N/A), SIZE: ST205/75D WHICH CAME INSTALLED ON A TARTER INDUSTRIES UTILITY TRAILER (N/A). THE TIRES WERE MANUFACTURED MAY 2012 AND JUNE 2012. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT BOTH TIRES EXHIBITED SEVERE CRACKING ON THE OUTER SIDE WALL. THE TRAILER MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE OF THE TIRE WAS 10. THE TRAILER FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN...UPDATED 06/09/14 *BF UPDATED 06/16/2014 *JS
