TRAILER HITCHES
The hitch & towing information for the 2019 & 2020 Wonder W24RTB was omitted from the owner manual. A decal with the correct information will be sent out to dealers & retail owners. The decal should be placed in the owner manual under the heading "Towing". A SOP2885 will be sent out to indicate where the decal should be placed.
EQUIPMENT:OTHER:LABELS
The grey & black tank handle labels are labelled incorrectly. The labels are reversed.
LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES
The retainer nuts that hold the locking pin in place on the murphy bed assembly may become loose resulting in the inside toothed washer to not engage. Ensure the bed locks correctly function in preventing the bed from folding into storage mode by lightly pulling up with the pins engaged when being used.

Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
