STRUCTURE; STRUCTURE:FRAME AND MEMBERS
ON CERTAIN 2021 WONDER W24MB MOTORHOMES THERE IS AN UNSEALED 76MM HOLE IN THE FLOOR VISIBLE FROM UNDER THE MOTORHOME. A WHITE ALUMINUM PLATE & 5 SCREWS ARE BEING PROVIDED TO RETAIL OWNERS & DEALER TO HAVE INSTALLED ON SPECIFIC UNITS AFFECTED. AN SOP (STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE) HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO FOLLOW. AFFECTS 7 MOTORHOMES.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
On certain 2020 & 2021 Wonder models the Firefly Multiplex panel requires a software update to version 3.1.2. The Multiplex panel will try to prime the generator if the furnace is "ON" when the battery disconnect is turned "OFF". SOP2839 is included for instruction on how to perform the Campaign.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
On the 2021 Wonder motorhome the Xantrex inverter electronic breaker is set to 20A and will not charge the coach batteries as efficiently as intended at 30A setting. According to the 2021MY electrical drawings the breaker should have been set at 30A not changed to 20A as in previous 2020MY electrical drawings.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
