CONSUMER IMPORTED VEHICLE FROM CANADA, AND IS HERE IN THE USA, IN SCHOOL. CONSUMERS MAIL WAS FORWARDED TO USA WHICH CONTAINED A MANUFACTURER'S NOTICE TO CHECK AND UPDATE THE PREHEATING SYSTEM OF VEHICLE. VOLKSWAGEN USA TOLD CONSUMER TO TAKE VEHICLE BACK TO CANADA TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE. BECAUSE VEHICLE WAS BOUGHT IN CANADA, ANY USA VOLKSWAGEN. DEALER IS REFUSING TO REPAIR VEHICLE .
