WHILE DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE, CONSUMER SMELLED AN ELECTRICAL SHORT SMELL. SMOKE STARTED COMING FROM THE SLEEPER BIRTH AREA, THEN THE CABIN WAS IN FLAMES. THE FIRE INSPECTOR INDICATED THAT THE FIRE WAS CAUSED BY AN ELECTRICAL SHORT IN THE SWITCH THAT CONTROLLED THE BUILT IN REFRIGERATOR FREEZER. *NLM

THE WINDOWS HAVE EITHER CRACKED OR BLOWN OUT. *SLC
THE HOOD POPPED OPEN WHILE DRIVING AT 60-70 MPH, BECAUSE THE INNER LATCH ASSEMBLY IS ATTACHED TO THE FRAME OF THE TRUCK RATHER THAN THE BODY. THEREFORE, ANY FLEXING WILL CAUSE THE PIN TO DISLODGE ITS BRACKET AND RESULTING THAT SIDE TO BE LOOSE. CONSUMER IS NOW USING EXTERNAL HOOD LATCHES TO KEEP HOOD SHUT. *YH
