CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO TWO HEAD ON COLLISIONS AND PROBLEM WITH AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED THE COLLISIONS INVOLVED TWO DIFFERENT VOLVO TRACTORS.
TL* CONTACT OWNS A 2007 VOLVO VNM670. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A CRASHED AND THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE DEALER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 450,000.
