SERVICE BRAKES, AIRWestern Trailer Company (Western) is recalling certain model year 2015-2016 Chip B-Train trailers manufactured December 29, 2014, to February 26, 2015, equipped with certain Haldex Life Seal Type 30/30 Long Stroke Air Brake Actuators. The affected vehicles may experience brake drag due to an improperly seated diaphragm in the brake chamber.
