The defect: Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2014-2018 Sightseer, Itasca Sunova, 2016-2025 Forza, Vista, and Itasca/Winnebago Sunstar, 2015-2025 Adventurer, 2015-2024 Commercial Vehicle, 2015-2028 Itasca Suncruiser, and 2016-2017 Itasca Solei recreational vehicles. The hood bracket adhesive may have been incorrectly applied which can allow the bracket to detach.
The risk: A detached hood bracket may become a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and repair as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters began being mailed January 31, 2025. Owners may contact Winnebago at 1-800-537-1885. Winnebago's number for this recall is 192.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING

The defect: Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Vista, Sunstar, and Adventurer motorhomes built on F53 chassis. The wiring may have been incorrectly routed, damaging the forward-facing camera wiring.
The risk: Damaged wiring can cause the camera to become inoperable, disabling active brake assist, lane keep assist, and auto high beams and increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will reroute the wiring, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 4, 2024. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-641-585-3535. Winnebago's number for this recall is 187.

The defect: Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2023 - 2024 Sunstar motorhomes. The tire information label incorrectly states the tire size and Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."
The risk: Incorrect tire information could result in tires that do not meet GVWR specifications being installed, affecting vehicle control and increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Winnebago will mail owners a corrected certification label, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters were mailed May 1, 2024. Once the final remedy is available a second notice will be mailed. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-641-585-6939 or 1-800-537-1885.
