CAR WAS TAKEN IN FOR A RECALL FOR BUCKET SEAT LATCH, AND DEALER BROKE PART OF SEAT THAT WAS ON RECALL. TOLD CONSUMER THAT THAT PARTS WERE IN, BUT IN A WHILE CONSUMER WAS WAITING AND PARTS FELL OFF. *AK
