THERE IS NOT ENOUGH WEIGHT ON THE FRONT AXLE, SO THAT WHEN BRAKES ARE LIGHTLY APPLIED, THE FRONT WHEELS AUTOMATICALLY LOCK UP, ESPECIALLY IN WET WEATHER CONDITIONS. MANUFACTUER HAS NOT SEEN VEHICLE. *AK
