1991 CHEVROLET 1500 REAR DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE BLEW OUT WHILE DRIVING.*MR THE TIRE BECAME CAUGHT UNDER THE VEHICLE AND CAUSED IT TO FLIP OVER INTO A FIELD. THE VEHICLE WINDSHIELD HAD TO BE CUT IN ORDER TO RESCUE THE CONSUMER FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CONSUMER WAS NOT INJURED. *NM (COOPER DISCOVER RADIAL STE). *NM
WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORK ONLY INTERMITTENTLY. VEHICLE NOT TAKEN TO DEALER YET.*AK
ALUMINMUM DRIVESHAFT TWISTED IN HALF, CAUSING IT TO SPIN AND HIT GAS TANK AND EXHAUST SYSTEM. *AK
