DRIVER SEAT METAL FRAME IS BROKEN. PASSENGER SEAT HAS PARTS THAT HAVE FALLEN OFF AND DOES NOT OPERATE AS IT SHOULD. I BELIEVE THAT BOTH ARE SAFETY ISSUES.
