UPON IMPACT, DRIVER'S AIR BAG FAILED TO DEPLOY. DRIVER HIT HEAD ON STEERING WHEEL. PASSENGER WAS UNINJURED. BOTH HAD ON SEAT BELTS. NO EMERGENCY ROOM TREATMENT. *AK
