What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2011 Crossroads Cruiser, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

TIRE COMPLAINT ON GOODYEAR MARATHON ST 235-80-16R. WE PURCHASED FOUR TIRES ON FEB 2014 FOR OUR 2012 CROSSROADS CRUISER FIFTH WHEEL VIN # [XXX]. WE HAVE HAD TWO BLOWOUTS IN LESS THAN ONE YEAR. EACH TIME THERE WAS TREAD SEPARATION. THE LAST EVENT OCCURRED ON MAY 15TH OF THIS YEAR. AS WITH THE FIRST OCCURRENCE, THERE WAS NO WARNING AND THE TIRES WERE PROPERLY INFLATED AND CHECKED PRIOR TO STARTING THE TRIP. IN REVIEWING THE OTHER COMPLAINTS ON THESE TRAILER TIRES FROM OTHER RV OWNERS, I AM SURPRISED THERE HAS NOT BEEN A RECALL ON THESE TIRES. BY NOT REACTING TO THE MANY COMPLAINTS YOU ARE PUTTING UNSUSPECTING RV OWNERS AND OTHER DRIVERS AT RISK.. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6). *TR
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
