WHILE GOING 45-50 MPH WENT INTO A DITCH,THEN HIT BUILDING HEAD-ON. UPON IMPACT, AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. ALSO, SEATBELT DID NOT RETRACT ENOUGH TO PROTECT CONSUMER. NOT TAKEN TO DEALER, MECHANIC SAID AIRBAG SENSOR WAS IN WRONG PLACE. DAMAGE TO VEHICLE $ 3800, CONSUMER INJURED. DODGE CO. NOT CONTACTED.*AK
THE FRONT SEATBELTS WILL NOT ALWAYS RELEASE FROM THE ANCHORS. WHICH MEANS WE CANNOT ALWAYS WEAR THEM, WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF THE LAW AND IS DANGEROUS. THE OTHER COMPLAINT IS, THE MIDDLE AND BACK SEATS ROCK BACK AND FORTH, THEY DO NOT SEEM TO BE LOCKED IN PLACE. *MJS

OWNER RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE ON HIS VEHICLE FOR THE PASSENGER'S SEAT BUCKLE. OWNER TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER FOR REPAIR. DEALER ADVISED OWNER THAT THE PARTS WERE ON ORDER . OWNER CONTACTED THE DEALER TO SEE THE STATUS OF THE RECALL BACK ORDER, AND RECIEVED NO RESPONSE. IT HAS BEEN SIX MONTHS . *AK.
BUCKLE WOULD NOT LATCH DUE TO BROKEN SPRING.
PLASTIC SEAT BELT SLEEVES DETERIORATED.
SEAT BELT FAIL TO RESTRAIN CHILD SAFETY SEAT, CAUSING CHILD SAFETY SEAT TO TIP OVER WHEN LEFT TURN WAS MADE.
