A bulletin sent by a manufacturer to its dealers. Not a recall, and repairs are not necessarily free.
EQUIPMENT
THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN PROVIDES INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNITS WITH THE FRONT GROUND CONTROL JACK LEGS NOT INSTALLED WITH A STOP THAT ALLOWS THE PULL PINS TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE FRAME. IF THE OUTER LEG IS NOT BELOW THE BOTTOM FRAME RAIL IT CAN CAUSE THE PULL PINS FOR THE LEG TO BECOME DAMAGED, RESULTING IN THE INNER LEG BEING INCAPABLE OF DROPPING DURING NORMAL USE.
EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; STRUCTURE
THIS ADVISORY 14-220 INVOLVES UNITS MANUFACTURED WITH ONE OR MORE OF THE WINDOWS INSTALLED WITH AN INCORRECT CLAMP RING WHICH DOES NOT PULL THE WINDOW SECURELY TO THE SIDEWALL AND MAINTAIN THE SEAL. THIS AFFECTS WINDOWS ON THE SIDEWALL OF THE UNIT ONLY. THIS ADVISORY EXPLAINS HOW TO CORRECT THE ISSUE.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
