The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Dutchmen Voltage trailers, model 4185. An 18,000 lb.-capacity fifth wheel pin box may have been installed instead of the specified 21,000 lb-capacity pin box hitch.
The risk: If the vehicle is loaded to a weight greater than 18,000 lbs, the pin box may fail, increasing the risk of crash.
The remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will replace the pin box inner with a pin box inner rated for 21,000 lbs, free of charge. The recall began June 18, 2019. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 19-354.

The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2019 Dutchmen Endurance and 2017-2019 Dutchmen Voltage Travel Trailers. The tires may contact with the rear floor support, affecting the trailer's handling.
The risk: Tire contact with the floor support while being towed can affect vehicle handling, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Keystone has notified owners, and dealers will cut a notch in the floor support to provide sufficient clearance between the tire and the floor support, free of charge. The recall began on January 15, 2019. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone RV's number for this recall is 19-338.

This is the inspection instructions for KSB-210218, Inspection Process Sidewall Cracks. The information and instructions in a Keystone Service Bulletin (KSB) are intended to inform RV dealership Service Managers/Technicians of situations that may occur with some Recreational vehicles so dealership personnel can perform proper and efficient service. KSB’s are intended to be used by trained RV technicians with the knowledge, tools and equipment to do the job properly and safely, not “do-it-yourselfers”. Inspection information is not presented as a repair guaranteed to be covered by warranty. Keystone’s P & P (Policy & Procedures) must be followed for any requested warranty work. Do not assume this inspection is covered by warranty. Not every unit requires a repair. This process describes the inspection of sidewall cracks and separation forward of the front slideouts to determine if there is a defect and what repair may need to be performed.

This process describes the safe and proper procedure to repair any unit which experiences a crack at the bottom corner of a slideout at the gooseneck of a 5th wheel, opening the side wall to repair broken tube welds and add reinforcement. This technical service bulletin explains how to perform the repair. Please note: A sublet will be required for aluminum welding if you do not have that capability.

This process describes the repair where under certain temperature conditions the Norco slide cable system gearbox may leak oil/grease on the slide roof membrane. The KSB describes how to install a drip pan to prevent damage to the roof membrane, and make repairs if necessary.
