The defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2021 Forester 2401BSD, FR3 F3A32DSF, Georgetown GTA36K7, 2022-2023 East to West Entrada, 2023 East to West Alta, Coachmen Apex, Brookstone, Chaparral and Chaparral Lite, Forest River Crusader, Sanibel, Shasta Phoenix, Coachmen Spirit, and East to West Tandara vehicles. The solar panel mounting hardware may become loose and pull through the slot in the panel.
The risk: Loose hardware can cause the solar panels to detach from the vehicle during transit, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will install additional hardware to the existing panel and install a secondary holding bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 5, 2023. Owners may contact East to West Alta, Entrada and Tandara customer service at 1-574-264-6664; Coachmen Apex and Spirit customer service at 1-574-825-8205; Coachmen Brookstone, Chaparral, Chaparral Lite, and Shasta Phoenix customer service at 1-574-825-7101; Crusader and Sanibel customer service at 1-574-862-1025; and Georgetown Forester and FR3 customer service at 1-574-206-7600. The defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2022 East to West Entrada 24FM Class C Motorhomes. The certification label incorrectly states there are 6 belted seating positions, when there are only 4 belted seating positions. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims-Other than Passenger Cars."
The risk: Incorrect belted seating position information may result in unbelted passengers, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will replace the Federal certification label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 20, 2023. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-264-6664. Forest River's number for this recall is 504-1591.

The defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Entrada motorhomes. The brake lines may wear against the front leveling jack brackets, possibly resulting in brake line failure.
The risk: Brake line failure can result in a loss of braking ability, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will relocate the front leveling jack brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 2, 2021. Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-264-6664. Forest River's number for this recall is 504-1426.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:REFRIGERATOR

According to a Furrion TSB "TB-220919": Irregular cooling performance has been reported on the identified refrigerators. The refrigerator compressor has been found to stop working and requires a “hard reset” by disconnecting power to reset cooling operation. On occasion, disconnecting power does not reset operation and the refrigerator requires service replacement of the control boards. This TSB may not be applicable for some vehicles.

In certain circumstances according to the TSB document from LCI: "When constant voltage to controller drops to 5.2 volts, the controller will turn off. When power is slowly restored (not immediate) to 12-volt range (10.6 volts-14 volts) the screen may or may not turn on depending on how fast the voltage was increased, but the functions/buttons are unresponsive."

The controllers affected are identified by the date code on the back of the controller; Date code 1823 and under."

According to Ford Motor Company Recall 22V925: On your vehicle, the paint on your fuel tank may not have adhered properly and may peel. Extended peeling may expose the metal on the fuel tank and lead to long-term corrosion. Over time, corrosion in certain areas of the fuel tank may ultimately progress to a fuel vapor leak or a liquid fuel leak. If a fuel leak occurs due to corrosion, a malfunction indicator lamp may illuminate, or a fuel odor or liquid fuel may be observed. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire. This is the final notification received from Ford.

Extended peeling may expose the metal on the fuel tank and lead to long-term corrosion. Ford Motor Company is working closely with its suppliers to produce parts for this repair. When parts become available Ford Motor Company will notify you via mail to schedule a service appointment with your dealer for repairs to be completed free of charge (parts and labor).”
