2025 Entegra Ethos Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

What this page shows

Our database holds 1 NHTSA owner-reported complaint for the 2025 Entegra Ethos. Each one is a report filed by an owner or driver and published by NHTSA without most of them being verified. A complaint is not a confirmed defect, not a recall and not a manufacturer bulletin. Narratives are shown exactly as filed.

Upon inspecting the undercarriage of my RV, I discovered that the nut that secured the bolt for the anti-sway bar on the driver's side, rear axle was loose, to the point where I was able to remove it by hand. The RV has only 5,770 miles on it. Of relevance to this, while inspecting this unit prior to purchasing it in April, 2025, it was discovered that the nut for the anti-sway bar on the PASSENGER'S SIDE was missing. Upon pointing this out to the dealer (Le Mesa, Cape Coral, FL) it was replaced with a standard nut; not a nyloc nut as is OEM. I believe that these loose and missing nuts and bolts need to be addressed by the manufacturer of the RV (Entegra Motorcoach), as they are a critical component in attaching the anti-sway bar to the endlink.
