2020 Entegra Vision Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

What this page shows

Our database holds 2 NHTSA owner-reported complaints for the 2020 Entegra Vision. Each one is a report filed by an owner or driver and published by NHTSA without most of them being verified. CABIN "DOGHOUSE" ENGINE COVER WAS NOT PROPERLY INSULATED AGAINST HEAT AND NOISE FROM THE ENGINE. THIS COACH (SERIAL NUMBER 2L1AU8065) SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER JAYCO SAFETY RECALL NO. 9903527, NHTSA RECALL #20V-667, BUT FOR SOME REASON WAS NOT INCLUDED. THIS PRESENTS AN IMMEDIATE THREAT TO US THE OWNERS AS ARE COMMITTED TO AN EXTENDED TRIP WITH THIS VEHICLE WHICH WE JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED, BEING UNAWARE OF THIS PROBLEM. THE HEAT AND THE NOISE ARE TREMENDOUS AND WERE NOT NOTICED UNTIL WE WERE DRIVING THE VEHICLE HOME FROM THE DEALER ON INTERSTATE 5.
