I’m currently experiencing the following safety issues with my Fisker Ocean One: 1. Seat sensor - does not sense a person sitting which affects the ability to put the vehicle into gear or automatically puts the vehicle into park if in gear. Huge safety concern since the vehicle has been placed into park in the middle of a traffic intersection or will not go into drive after waiting at a red light or stop sign. Have had near hits from the rear. 2. Windshield - there are zero available options to quickly replace a cracked windshield. Replacement windshields are not available anywhere and if for some miracle you can locate one (via eBay) you cannot find a shop that will replace it. I’ve called multiple windshield repair companies for many months and non of them carry the windshield or have the tools needed to recalibrate the ADAS. Driving with a cracked windshield is a very big safety hazard due to extreme visibility reduction. Could cause crash or hitting pedestrians.

Ever since I took delivery of the vehicle in December 2023 I have been unable to clear my windshield when it gets dirty. The company delivered the car with water in the washer fluid reservoir. It froze and cracked. This is a major safety issue.

An over-the-air update was supplied (2.2.2) unannounced. It is NOT the complete 2.2 software and no one can provide us with information why it does not include all 2.2 features required by the NHSTA. Still get occasional issues with ADAs warnings. I would like the FULL 2.2 update the NHSTA ordered the company/bankruptcy trustee to be installed.

My windshield was hit by a stone in April 2024, and I have still been unable to source a replacement windshield. My driver seat belt sensor went out and froze the rear brakes. I had to burn through the brake pads to get the car off the road, and had no rear brake pads until I was able to locate a salvage pair and new rotors to repair them, and a new seat sensor. The cost of this work and parts is $1,335.31. I had to pay to have the recalled water pump replaced. The cost of this was $325.

Following are issues that I have been experiencing with Fisker Ocean One vehicle that I purchased in the summer of 2024: • Heater / defroster is not working. Not able to drive car at this time due to fear that it will snow, or car will fog up inside and there is no way to see through the windshield. • Have a concern driving car without the water pump replacement / risk that car will breakdown when away from home. After driving the car home from the initial purchase, I have not taken the car on any trips outside of my immediate area. • Have not been contacted regarding replacement of water pump or other recall items. • Spent $257 dollars to replace cracked door handle inserts. • Have attempted to engage Fisker mobile mechanic and waiting for availability to complete water pump replacement. Estimated charge for the work is: ItemNumCostTotal Cost Mileage224 $ 0.65 $ 145.60 Travel HRs 4 $ 35.00 $ 140.00 Water Pump 1 $ 175.00 $ 175.00 Troubleshoot Heat/defroster issue ? Radar warning flashers every time I use the car. ADSA light warning stays on. Flashers inoperable. Had to replace water pump. Had to replace door handle. Had to replace battery 4 different times. Had to pay for batteries, and to install battery. ADAS system has never worked. Had the ADAS system by previous Fisker tech men and told there were not parts available to fix same.

The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the right turn signal was activated; however, the right turn signal failed to function as intended. In addition, the contact stated that when the vehicle was purchased, the windshield washer reservoir was filled with water that turned into a block of ice. The contact stated that a mobile repair appointment was scheduled. The repair technician arrived at the residence to diagnose the vehicle. The contact was informed that the parts were ordered, and another mobile repair appointment would be scheduled to complete the repair. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 100.

My windshield was hit by small debris from a truck in April, 2024. It now has a crack halfway across. This is a common problem with other owners, so I think the windshield may be defective. They also do not have replacements, which makes this crack a safety hazard.

Car abruptly stopped for no reason on June 2. Thankfully I was pulling into a driveway, so only decelerated from 10mph, but still scared my kids. Blind spot detection and door open assist stopped working in January. Automatic wipers have never worked, ADAS Warning light has been on since January. GPS will stay on a single location for weeks at a time and not move. All of those have some level of safety risk with brakes and blind spot being the worst. Also, the rear quarter panel windows do not open as they should. All problems still exist and Fisker has made no attempts to fix, nor have they responded to over 20 service requests / interactions, nor to requests for solution from the Ohio AG office other than confirmation of email receipt. Was told a tech would be dispatched ASAP in January and I am still waiting with zero response from Fisker to multiple emails since then.

When the windshield fogs up, it takes an extremely long time to defog. Today, the windshield got completely fogged up and the passenger side would not clear up. I had it turned all the way up and I could not get it to clear up. In addition to this, the side windows would not clear up and the button for the rear defrost would not work. I have told fisker about this in the past and they have told me that updates would fix this. The only update that has happened was the 2.0 update. I have not driven the car in excessive rain since I got the update until today and it has definetly gotten worse and almost unmanageable to drive. I don't know how the car will be drivable in the winter as I had to pull off to the side to let this clear up. With all of the other issues with the side sensors not working, it is dangerous to have the side windows not clear. The foggy front window also caused all of the warning sensors to go off as well causing many distractions while driving.

The windshield fogs up in our Seattle weather extremely fast. Faster than any car I've been in. It only clears up if we have the defrost on high but only to the windshield. It won't work if we do windshield and feet. This leaves people in the back seat cold because their air controls won't work. Also, since the 2.0 update, if you turn on the front windshield defogger, the heat turns on all the way up and the fan turns all the way up. If you turn either down, they turn back up. So if it's 70 and humid and your windshield fogs up, the only way to clear it is with an extremely hot car. In addition to these issues, the forward collision warning and the automatic emergency braking don't work if it's raining or if it's too bright out. Again, fisker said this would be fixed with the 1.11 update and then with the 2.0 update but it has gotten worse. This car is dangerous to have children in it. Ive asked them to work with me on a buy back and I was told yes many weeks ago until they finally told me they don't do that. Now I'm finally filing these complaints so the car can be investigated. Fisker has ignored my emails to fix these issues.

ADAS obstacle detection is intermittently available. Audible ADAS obstacle warnings intermittently persist while driving. Rear view camera fails intermittently and there is no safety fallback to see around the large blind spots created by the D pillars. I have contacted Fisker many times asking for escalation and resolution.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
