WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE HITS A BUMP DOOR AJAR LIGHT ILLUMINATES, AND DOOR UNLOCKS. SOMETIMES DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR WILL SHUT, AND SOMETIMES IT WON'T. ALSO, SOMETIMES LATCH IS STUCK FROM INSIDE,. DRIVER FEELS TRAPPED AND UNSAFE. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION. *AK

RIGHT REAR DOOR WILL NOT OPEN. CANNOT PULL DOOR LOCK UP. CAR EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRIC LOCKS AND CHILD SAFETY LOCK. THIS IS A POTENTIAL HAZARD IF PASSENGER IN REAR OF CAR NEEDS TO EXIT THE RIGHT REAR DOOR. CONTACTED GARY AT WARNER FORD IN SLC ON 3/19/99 @ APPROX. 13:30. HE INDICATED THAT IT'S NOT FORDS RESPOSIBILITY TO REPAIR PROBLEM FOR NO CHARGE. I DISAGREE.
