According to GM Recall # N252542620, 26V127: "Vehicles may have a tire with sidewall damage. A tire with sidewall damage may experience sudden air loss, potentially causing reduced or loss of vehicle control, which increases the risk of a crash."
According to FORD Recall 26C10/26V104: "It is possible that the trailer module (TRM) may lose communication at vehicle start-up. If a TRM loss of communication occurs and a trailer is connected to the vehicle, trailer stop lamps and turn signal indicators will not function. Additionally, for trailers equipped with electronic trailer brakes, the trailer brakes will not function. This loss of communication can occur with-or-without a trailer connected to the vehicle and can only initiate at vehicle start-up. If this occurs, a “Trailer Brake Module Fault” notification will pop-up on the vehicle’s instrument panel cluster."

According to FCA Recall 03D/26V059: "The trailer tow module on your vehicle may experience a loss of trailer lighting and trailer brakes. The trailer turn signal will not flash when the vehicle turn signal lever is actuated and the trailer stop lights will not be activated upon application of the vehicle service brakes. This can cause a vehicle crash without a prior warning."
According to Ford Recall 26V090: "Certain vehicles may have been built without the cotter pin that secures the brake booster pushrod to the brake pedal, which can cause the brake booster pushrod to separate from the brake pedal. The brake booster pushrod may disconnect from the brake pedal. This can result in a loss of braking function while driving, increasing the risk of a crash. Ford has issued a “do not drive vehicle” order. The vehicles in this program are not to be driven until the vehicle passes the inspection or the repair has been performed."
According to Ford Recall 25V726: "On your vehicle, it may be possible to experience a noisy, partially inoperable, or completely inoperable Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) blower motor. An inoperable or partially inoperable HVAC blower motor may affect windshield defrost and defogging capability, which can decrease visibility under certain driving conditions, increasing the risk of a crash."
