TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FOREST RIVER VIBE 311RLS. WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH, THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE BLEW OUT WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE WIRES FROM THE AXLE WERE WRAPPED AROUND THE TIRE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO STEER OFF THE ROAD AND STOP THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT HAD TO REMOVE THE WIRES THAT WERE WRAPPED AROUND THE DEFECTIVE TIRE AND AXLE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO REPLACE THE TIRE WITH A SPARE AND DROVE HOME. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID. *TT*JB

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FOREST RIVER VIBE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE DRIVER NOTICED THROUGH THE SIDE MIRROR A WHEEL ROLLING NEXT TO THE RV. AFTER STOPPING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE WHEEL HAD DISLODGED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A SERVICE CENTER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT ALL SIX LUG NUT STUDS THAT SECURED THE REAR WHEEL HAD FRACTURED, CAUSING THE WHEEL TO DISLODGE FROM THE RV. THE RV WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND LOCAL DEALER (LEO'S VACATION CENTER, 729 STATE ROUTE 3 N, GAMBRILLS, MD) WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,000.
