2008 FREIGHTLINER CONVENTIONAL, UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON THE OHIO TURNPIKE IN THE CENTER LANE AT THE 113 MILEPOST. UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING IN THE RIGHT LANE. UNIT 2 BLEW OUT A TIRE AND THE DEBRIS FROM THE TIRE STRUCK THE WINDSHIELD OF UNIT 1 CAUSING DAMAGE. *BF THE FRONT DRIVE AXLE OF THE SEMI WAS ALSO DAMAGED. (OHIO TRAFFIC CRASH REPORT # 10-0230-90)*JB
