DURING ANY SPEED ON WET ROADS WITH HEAVY LOADS THE BRAKES WHEN THEY ARE APPLIED THEY WILL INSTANTLY ENGAGE AND THEN DISENGAGE. THE BRAKES HAVE TO BE REAPPLIED SEVERAL TIMES IN ORDER FOR THE BRAKES TO OPERATE CORRECTLY. *AK
