DURING LIGHT BRAKING ON DRY PAVEMENT, ANTILOCK BRAKES ACTIVATED. SEATBELTS WILL NOT EXTEND OR RETRACT PROPERLY. BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH FAILED.
GOING ABOUT 15MPH WHEN STARTED TO APPLY BRAKES. ABS MADE A LOUD, SQUEALING NOISE & THEN FREE WHEELED BEFORE BRAKES CAUGHT. AT INTERSECTION, APPLIED BRAKES & LET GO & VEHICLE CONTINUED INTO INTERSECTION. TOOK TO DEALER & WAS TESTED FOUND NOTHING. *AK

DUE TO THE BINDING IN THE UPPER HANGER, THE RETRACTOR CANNOT TENSION THE BELT PROPERLY.
