TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 GRACO 175166 (NAUTILUS) SAFETY SEAT, MANUFACTURED ON SEPTEMBER 29,2014. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HARNESS DETACHED. THE CHILD WAS IN THE SAFETY SEAT AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE PURCHASE DATE WAS UNKNOWN.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A GRACO SAFETY SEAT, MODEL NAME: NAUTILUS, MODEL NUMBER: 1781859, AND MANUFACTURED ON JANUARY 12, 2011. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BUCKLE FOR THE CHILD SAFETY SEAT WAS DIFFICULT TO RELEASE WHEN ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE THE CHILD FROM THE SEAT. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14C001000 (CHILD SEAT). THE CONTACT HAD NOT RECEIVED THE PART FOR THE CHILD SEAT AND WAS EXPERIENCING FAILURES WITH THE BUCKLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. DJR
